If you bring your computer to us for Computer Repair or PC Repair the diagnostics are free. Our computer technician will never do any IT Services that costs you money without your prior approval. We have computers for sale and serve Lee's Summit Blue Springs Independence and entire KC area.
Complete Re-image without Data Backup

We will erase everything on your computer, re-install Windows and other appropriate software without backing up your data. All data would be lost. (pictures, documents, favorites, etc..) Independence Blue Springs Lee's Summit
Complete Re-image with Data Backup & Restore

We will backup all possible data, reformat your hard drive, install Windows and other appropriate software and restore backed up data onto your desktop computer.
In-Shop Service Details
Bring your laptop or desktop computer to our shop and diagnostics are free. We will let you know what it takes to repair the computer and how much it will cost before we do anything that cost you money. Drop it by in the morning - should have it ready that afternoon. Computer Repair On-Site Visits
We come to your business or residence
One-time trip charge
$180
This is a one-time trip charge. (i.e. we take your computer to the shop in Independence for repair and return to setup the computer - one charge)
Residential Consultation
$180
This covers the hourly time working at your location for home visits. One hour minimum. Any time over one hour for PC Computer Repair is prorated by the minute.
Commerical Consultation
$180
This covers the hourly time working at your location for commercial visits. One hour minimum. Any time over one hour for PC Computer Repair is prorated by the minute.
On-Site Service Details
We come to your business or residence. You will be charged a one-time trip charge plus our hourly fee. There is a one hour minimum and time beyond the first hour for PC Computer Repairs are prorated by the minute.
Network Design, Installation and Deployment
We design a computer network customized around your specific needs.
On-site surveys for business and residential network designs are free of charge. We offer complete domain and/or workgroup network design with security and automatic backup built in. Disaster recovery is easily attainable with such a system. Security is a must whether at the business or at home in today’s perilous cyber environment. We offer complete turnkey deployment from cabling to server and workstation design/builds. We also work with Dell and HP servers and workstations.
Computer Sales & Design
We can custom designed computers and networks and build anything from domain servers and workstation computers for your business to home workstations, gaming and student computers for your home
Internet, Email & Office Computers
If you are using your computer for mainly office, email and internet let us build you a fast but slimmed down desktop computer saving cost. Don't waste your money paying for something you will never use to its fullest. In most cases you will not be able to tell the difference between a super fast computer and a standard computer when doing office work, surfing or emailing on a computer.
Workstation Computers
If you need a high end production, engineering or architectural computer we can custom design your desktop computer workstation around your exact need.
Gaming Computers
Our gaming desktop computers are custom built to your budget or needs. We usually find that sweet spot where you are getting the most bang for your buck. Give us a call for your free estimate over the phone.
Refurbished Computers
You can save a lot of money by purchasing a refurbished computer. Our refurbished computers come with a 90 day warranty and are usually about half what you would pay for a new computer.
Most work is completed within 24 hours unless it is necessary to order parts
